JPC VA Billing Portal - Announcements

  • VA cases submitted after 1 April 2019 will be charged with new rates that can be found by clicking here.
  • Upon receiving your patient information roll-up please contact the JPC Billing Office at 301-295-2310 or JPC Customer Service at1-855-393-3904 letting us know that you have received your patient information roll-up.
  • The VHAs should receive the patient information roll-up within two weeks after the end of each quarter.

  1. For billing inquiries, how can I reach The Joint Pathology Center (JPC)?
    Please refer to the Contact Us page for JPC customer service numbers.
  2. How often will my facility receive the patient information roll-up?
    You facility will receive the patient information roll-up on a quarterly basis.
  3. When will your facility receive the patient information roll-up?
    Your facility will receive the patient information roll-up two weeks after the quarter ends.
  4. How will services be charged?
    A consolidated invoice will be sent to the Financial Accounting Service, VA Financial Services Center, Austin, Texas for consolidated payments.
  5. How will funds be transferred?
    The Financial Accounting Service, VA Financial Services Center, Austin, Texas will collect the funds from each individual VHA.
  6. How will the patient information roll-up be transmitted to the VHA?
    The patient information roll-up will be mailed via the United States Postal Service.
